Dr. Venera Demukaj is an Assistant Professor of Economics at RIT Kosovo. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy and has extensive experience in managing and contributing to international projects focused on education, inclusion, and gender equality. She served as the Project Manager of the Erasmus+ STEFORA project, which promoted digital citizenship, universal design in education, and gender-sensitive approaches to strengthening women’s engagement in STEM. She was also a member of the STINT project, funded by the Swedish Government, which focused on diversity and gender equality in STEM. Within WE-MIND, Dr. Demukaj contributes to deliverables related to the project management plan, progress reporting, faculty exchanges and activities focused on social and cultural entrepreneurship and human capital development.
