Dr. Salvador Simó

Dr. Salvador Simó is Associate Director of the Chair of Mental Health at the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC) and a Full Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing. His research focuses on community mental health, social innovation, occupational therapy, arts and culture for health, and sustainable neighbourhood transformation. He has led numerous nationally and internationally funded research and innovation projects, including Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ initiatives, and has extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary partnerships. His work combines participatory research, knowledge transfer and policy innovation to improve health, wellbeing and social inclusion.
