Msc. Aurora Ademi Prekazi is an experienced finance professional with a strong academic background, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, and Accounting. She has over 15 years of professional experience, including 7 years in the banking sector and 8 years in the NGO and higher education sectors, where she has specialized in financial management, project administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and implementation of donor-funded projects. Currently, Aurora serves in the Finance Department at the Public International Business College in Mitrovica, where she manages a wide range of financial and administrative responsibilities, supporting both institutional operations and internationally funded projects. Her multidisciplinary experience across the banking, non-profit, public, and higher education sectors has strengthened her analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, enabling her to interpret complex financial data, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute effectively to strategic financial decision-making.
