Dr. Linda Ziberi is the Head of the Individualized Program and Assistant Professor at RIT Kosovo. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Culture from Bowling Green State University and an M.A. in Applied Communication from Indiana University. Her teaching and research expertise encompasses intercultural, gender, health, business, and technical communication, with an emphasis on health discourses, media representation, instructional communication, and agentic pedagogy. She is the recipient of RIT’s 2026 Edwina Award, recognizing her contributions to enhancing gender diversity and inclusiveness at the university. Dr. Albina Balidemaj is President and Dean of Faculty at RIT Kosovo and a co-founder and co-director of the RIT Kosovo Research Center for Human Rights. She holds a Ph.D. in International Community and Family Studies from Clemson University, and a M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota. A clinical psychologist trained in community mental health, she has extensive expertise in migrant and refugee mental health, trauma, intergenerational trauma, acculturation, ethnic identity, human trafficking, and public and global health. She has also conducted research at Yale University on the effects of intergenerational trauma on the mental health of Albanian communities. Dr. Mariel Leclère is an Assistant Professor and Mental Health Consultant at RIT Kosovo. She is a neuropsychologist with expertise in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, neurofeedback, and Ericksonian hypnosis. She holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology and a master’s degree in Psychology and Neuropsychology of Cognitive Disturbances from the University of Aix-Marseille in France. Her clinical and research experience includes cognitive functioning across the lifespan, pathological and healthy aging, neurological conditions, psychological assessment, and interventions designed to improve cognitive and emotional well-being. Dr. Leclère has a leading role within the WE MIND project as a researcher and mental health expert, contributing to the assessment of student needs and the co-development of the project’s mental health toolkit, faculty training, student orientation, peer mentorship program, and multilingual digital platform.

Dr. Venera Demukaj is an Assistant Professor of Economics at RIT Kosovo. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy and has extensive experience in managing and contributing to international projects focused on education, inclusion, and gender equality. She served as the Project Manager of the Erasmus+ STEFORA project, which promoted digital citizenship, universal design in education, and gender-sensitive approaches to strengthening women’s engagement in STEM. She was also a member of the STINT project, funded by the Swedish Government, which focused on diversity and gender equality in STEM. Mr. Art. Agon Nimani is a multimedia lecturer and artist with extensive experience in graphic design, video production, educational game development, multimedia design, and user experience. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in graphic design from the Faculty of Arts in Prishtina and pursued further studies in interior design and filmmaking in Bournemouth, UK. As a Fulbright Scholar at the Rochester Institute of Technology, he focused on advanced machine learning in imaging science and contributed to the development of Peaceland: Choose Your Memory, an interactive educational game addressing peace and social issues. As a lecturer at RIT Kosovo, he fosters creativity and innovation through multimedia design and user-centered approaches. Brenda Goldberg is a linguist, educator, researcher, and adjunct faculty member at RIT Kosovo. Alba Hajdini is an Academic Advisor at RIT Kosovo and holds a master’s degree in School Psychology and Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Prishtina and is a licensed counseling psychologist. With expertise in psychology, student development, project management, research, and data analysis, her professional experience includes providing psychological assessments and counseling, supporting education policy and research, and coordinating higher education initiatives. Within WE-MIND, Alba serves as the Project Administrator and works closely with the Primary Project Coordinator throughout every stage of project implementation – including organizing partner meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating communication and dissemination activities. She will also contribute to the development of the student orientation courses and the online platform and will organize an informational webinar with public institutions in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina to share the project’s best practices.

Bleta Musa is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management, auditing, and regulatory compliance across the higher education, private, and non-profit sectors. She currently serves as Junior Finance Manager at RIT Kosovo, where she oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and audit coordination. Bleta holds a BSc from RIT Kosovo and an MSc in Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest, and is a Certified Accountant. She has led complex audit and accounting engagements, managed multidisciplinary projects, and brings strong expertise in financial governance, internal controls, and institutional financial management.

Lindita holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a certified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist. In 2009, with the support of RIT Kosovo (AUK), she supported the Ministry of Education and led the rehabilitation and opening of the first modern adjunct classroom in a public school in Kosovo for children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, helping advance inclusive education in the country. As the founder of Kosovo's first non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism, she has led numerous training initiatives and coordinated the involvement of U.S. professionals to provide specialized training for Kosovo's special education teachers, while serving as a leading advocate for autism awareness and inclusion. In recognition of her contributions to education and community service, Lindita received the 2010 RIT Kosovo (AUK) Award for Education and Community Service.

Elsa Bërbatovci is a senior at RIT Kosovo, in the SOIS Programme, majoring in Public Policy and Governance, and Management and entrepreneurship, with a minor in Legal Studies, where she serves as President of the Intercultural Club, and engages in regional socio-political and historical research. Having contributed to the conceptualization of WE-MIND, she is deeply committed to building sustainable, digitally enabled mental health support structures tailored to students navigating post-conflict transitions and societal change. She looks forward to continuing her involvement in the project to help drive meaningful, institutional impact across higher education in the region.

Ali Idrizi is a senior student at RIT Kosovo, pursuing a degree in Web & Mobile Computing with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. In addition to his academic work, he has actively participated in various student-led clubs, including journalism, arts, and community service. As part of the WE-MIND project team, Ali is excited to contribute to the design and development of the digital platform, with a focus on user experience (UX) and interactive content. His responsibilities include prototyping features, designing UI mockups, and producing multimedia materials for both the platform and associated social media channels. Recently, he participated in the co-design workshop at ISCAP–P. Porto in Portugal, where he collaborated with partners to develop and present a functional mockup of the multilingual mental health application.

Alisa Avdi is a senior at RIT Kosovo pursuing a degree in Management & Entrepreneurship, Public Policy & Governance and a minor in English Literature. She is passionate about youth engagement, social inclusion, and empowering marginalized communities, particularly Roma youth and women. Throughout her academic journey, she actively participated in leadership programs, community initiatives, and advocacy projects that promote equality and civic participation. As a WE-MIND student volunteer, Alisa is excited to help create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel heard, connected, and encouraged to prioritize their well-being. She believes that peer support and open conversations about mental health can have a lasting positive impact on the student community.

Conner Reese is a third-year student at Georgetown University-Qatar at the Walsh School of Foreign Service, majoring in Foreign Service with a focus in International Politics. He comes from Daytona Beach, Florida and previously studied Security/Intelligence at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he did an exchange semester in Prishtina, Kosovo at RIT Kosovo. While on exchange, Conner became involved as a volunteer with the WeMind project and instantly recognized its importance as a way to encourage mental wellbeing in students. He is especially excited to see, and contribute to, how the WeMind program develops in the Balkans and beyond as it serves diverse communities across Europe.

Donika Mehmeti is a second-year student at RIT Kosovo, majoring in Energy Policy and Security Studies. She was born and raised in Australia before beginning a new chapter of her academic journey in Kosovo. During her studies in Australia, Donika was actively involved in the Student Voice program, where she advocated for mental health awareness. Her involvement in the WE-MIND project is especially important to her because she believes that mental health is a crucial aspect of everyday life. She is committed to encouraging open discussion, promoting greater understanding, and addressing the stigma surrounding mental health.

Gresa Davidson is a senior at RIT Kosovo majoring in Peace and Conflict Studies and Public Policy & Governance. Born and raised in Texas, she moved to Kosovo to pursue her university studies, and develop a strong interest in peacebuilding, and international cooperation. Alongside her studies, she has volunteered with the Fred Cuny Center for Peace and Conflict Studies and has participated in Model United Nations, strengthening her interest in diplomacy and dialogue. She is excited to be part of the WE-MIND project because she believes that mental health and the well being of the community are vital to building strong and inclusive societies. Gresa looks forward to connecting her studies in peacebuilding and public policy with the importance of mental health and social inclusion. Miodrag Denić is a second-year student at RIT Kosovo, majoring in Public Policy, Governance, and Peace and Conflict Studies. Raised in Kosovo as a member of the Serb minority, he brings a unique perspective to his academic and community pursuits. As a passionate activist, Miodrag Denić strongly advocates for mental health awareness, believing it is fundamental to every aspect of our lives. Dr. Bujar Gallopeni – WE-MIND Project Manager is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM). Dr. Bujar Gallopeni is an academic, consultant, and researcher specializing in behavioral sciences, organizational psychology, education development, and social protection. He holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Sheffield and an MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology from Maastricht University. He currently serves as Vice-Rector for Academic, Quality, and Student Affairs at the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), where he also teaches psychology courses, organizational behavior, research methods, and project evaluation, applying research-driven, project-based, and problem-based learning approaches. Alongside his academic role, Dr. Gallopeni has led and contributed to numerous international development and research projects with organizations including the EU, UNDP, UNICEF, OSCE, USAID, the Council of Europe, the British Council, ADA, Save the Children, Helvetas, and Caritas Kosova. His work focuses on education reform, social inclusion, labor market development, and research capacity building. He has authored numerous research publications and policy reports, played an important role in Erasmus+ higher education initiatives.

Prof. Dr. Ekrem Gjokaj is Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Projects, Innovation and Scientific Research at the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), Kosovo. An economist, policy expert, and researcher specialising in agricultural economics, rural development, and European integration, he brings more than 25 years of executive leadership, academic excellence, and international development experience. He is recognised for bridging academia, government, and international development practice through interdisciplinary, innovation-driven, and results-oriented approaches. His work focuses on strengthening higher education, advancing agricultural and rural development policies, promoting knowledge transfer, research excellence, and international partnerships, and supporting the sustainable transformation of agricultural systems and rural economies. Widely recognised for his expertise in agricultural policy, institutional development, and EU integration, he combines strategic vision with extensive practical experience in designing and delivering impactful reforms, evidence-based policies, and international development programmes.

Prof. Asst. Dr. Linda Abazi-Morina is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at the Public International Business College Mitrovica. She is a psychologist and holds a PhD in International Family and Community Studies from Clemson University, USA. She has conducted research, needs assessments, programme evaluations, and capacity-building interventions for national and international organizations operating in Kosovo, with a particular focus on mental health, gender-based violence, and human rights education. Her publications address family functioning, adolescent dating violence, wartime sexual violence, human rights education, and institutional responses to gender-based violence.

Flamur Abazaj is a lecturer and the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Public Administration and Welfare department at the International Business College Mitrovica where he teaches a variety of classes including communications, and public sector and education related classes, and a PhD Candidate at the University of Ljubljana. He has extensive knowledge on the higher education sector in Kosovo, with his engagement in the Quality Assurance and Accreditation field. Throughout his experience he has been involved in a variety of local and international projects and programmes, in several different roles. He holds his Bachelor Degree in Environmental and Agricultural Management from the International Business College Mitrovica, and his Master degree at the Anglia Ruskin University in Education with a focus on Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Educational Attainment. He also has experience from Accreditation and Quality Assurance Systems in several countries.

Prof.Ass.Dr. Florim Gallopeni is a Professor Assistant of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at IBCM at the Faculty of Social Sciences. Florim Gallopeni, is a distinguished professional in the field of psychology, boasting a rich academic background and extensive experience in various capacities. Florim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Prishtina, in Psychology. Subsequently, he pursued Master's studies in Clinical Psychology through the TEMPUS project, showcasing his commitment to advancing his expertise in the field. His dedication to academic pursuits culminated in the completion of doctoral studies in Clinical and Health Psychology at the prestigious University Autonoma de Barcelona. In addition to his academic roles, Florim has garnered extensive practical experience through diverse engagements. He has held the position of clinical psychologist at the Institute ATOMI. His expertise extends to supporting foster families in centers for social work as a psychologist for the Amici dei Bambini organization. Florim also serves as the national supervisory psychologist at Mensa Kosovo, demonstrating leadership and proficiency in his field. Florim is running a Centre for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services WeCare.Throughout his career, Florim has been actively engaged in both research and professional projects, showcasing his versatility and holistic approach to psychology. Gresa Ferri – is a lecturer at the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), specializing in Agro- Business within the Environmental and Agricultural Department. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Zagreb, focusing on Agricultural Economics. With extensive experience in drafting and managing project proposals, she has been actively involved in the implementation of various EU-funded and applied research projects, contributing significantly to building institutional research capacities. Her academic and professional expertise lies in agro-business, environmental management, and higher education development, making her a key contributor to IBCM’s mission of delivering quality education and fostering sustainable practices.

MSc. Dea Gaxha is Head of Communications and Public Relations at the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM). She has more than five years of experience working with higher education institutions, grassroots initiatives, and civic organisations, managing and contributing to over 12 projects focused on communication, community engagement, outreach, and social inclusion. In cooperation with USAID, she initiated the first support-group programme of its kind in Kosovo, an initiative that subsequently expanded across the country. At IBCM, she leads institutional communication and project visibility through digital platforms, media relations, public events, and targeted dissemination campaigns. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in International Management and Leadership at IBCM.

Eron Mahmuti is Head of the Information Technology Department at IBCM in Mitrovica, Kosova. A web developer and IT specialist, he leads IT strategy, infrastructure, and support services for public institutions, ensuring 99.9% system availability and efficient operations across Microsoft, Windows, and internal platforms. He previously served as Senior Technology Officer at the Municipality of North Mitrovica, where he secured network infrastructure and resolved 95% of technical incidents. With extensive experience in full-stack web development, he has engineered scalable platforms for international clients and internal government tools—including the B2B hiring platform MaxxHire.com and an employee management system that reduced manual data processing by 50%. His work integrates modern front-end and back-end technologies with robust IT operations, delivering secure, high-performance digital solutions that bridge public-sector needs and innovative web development.

Tijana Radomirović is currently a Public Administration student at IBCM, with a background in Hispanistics. Over the past decade, she has been actively involved in youth work and non-formal education as a participant, trainer, and facilitator of international projects, creating inclusive learning spaces for young people from diverse backgrounds. Her most recent experience includes leading international volunteer camps in Germany and delivering camp coordination trainings, where she supported volunteers and youth leaders in developing practical skills, teamwork, and intercultural competence. Through her work, she has become particularly interested in empowering young people to engage with social issues with a focus on gender equality, human rights, social and climate justice, and peace-building. Tijana is also a proud member of the Youth Peace Ambassadors Network.

Emina Sinanović, MA of Psychology, is a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo, Project Manager for the WE-MIND project at the University of Sarajevo, Coordinator of Counselling Services for Students, and a member of the Professional Team of the Student Support Office. She earned her Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Sarajevo and is an integrative psychotherapist. Her professional work focuses on social psychology, student mental health, psychological counselling, psychotherapy, and higher education. Her research interests include mental health, help-seeking behaviour, social psychology, and personality psychology, with a particular focus on improving access to psychological support for university students.

Dr. Minka Džanko is an Associate Professor at the Department of German Language and Literature, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. She earned her Ph.D. in Conversation Analysis from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and her research focuses on conversation analysis and ethnographic discourse analysis, particularly linguistic and interactional asymmetries in institutional settings, such as medical interactions. Her work aims to improve communication practices that foster mutual understanding and reduce misunderstandings. Since 2022, she has served as Vice-Dean for Scientific Research, International Academic Cooperation and Publishing at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo, and has received two University of Sarajevo awards for scientific achievements. She is involved in several international projects, including EU Peace, UNESCO’s Education for Peace project, Dialogue for Future 3 (DFF3), and the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project WE-MIND. She has presented her research at numerous national and international scientific conferences.

Prof. Dr. Sibela Zvizdić is a Full Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. She graduated psychology in 1996 from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, in Sarajevo. She completed her Master’s degree at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb (Croatia), and was awarded the academic degree of Master of Social Sciences in the scientific field of Psychology. She also completed a specialisation in Traumatic Psychology at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. She obtained her PhD in Psychology from the same institution. She is currently undertaking training in Gestalt psychotherapy. Since 1996, she has been employed at the Department of Psychology, where her teaching, research, and professional work focus on educational psychology, motivational and social processes, mental health, prevention, and academic resilience, particularly among children, adolescents, and students. Her professional interests also include the prevention of behavioural disorders and procrastination in both academic and everyday contexts. She has led and participated in numerous national and international research and professional projects, published extensively in scientific and professional journals, and presented her work at a wide range of conferences, congresses, and symposia.

Nina Trbić is a psychology Bachelor's graduate from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo, and is currently continuing her education at the Master's level, with a particular interest in psychological research. She is actively engaged in advocating for youth mental health through various projects, campaigns, and conferences. As a student volunteer in the WE-MIND project, she contributes to activities aimed at strengthening mental health support and well-being among university students. Her volunteer experience includes work with children and youth, educational workshops, and support for vulnerable and marginalized groups across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Dr. Belma Ramić-Brkić is an Associate Professor at the University of Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST). She received her PhD from the University of Warwick in the UK, and her MSc (2009) and BA (2006) with honors from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo. Her research interests include serious games, digitization of cultural heritage, computer vision, data science and the application of information and communication technologies in education, with a special emphasis on early childhood development. She has published a large number of scientific papers in renowned journals and conference proceedings and is an active member of the academic community, including membership in editorial boards and review work for numerous journals and scientific meetings. Dr. Ramić-Brkić also has extensive experience as a project manager and consultant in the field of computer science. She has been awarded numerous recognitions for her work, including the Faculty Excellence Award (2022) and the Excellence in Research Award (2019), which acknowledge her significant contributions to the field of computer science and information technology.

Dr. Rasim Jusufović is the Dean of Sarajevo Medical School, health economist, and university professor with more than 20 years of experience leading organizations, teams, and transformational projects in the healthcare sector. He has previously held senior leadership positions in leading international pharmaceutical companies across the Western Balkans, dedicating his career to advancing healthcare systems and developing innovative models of patient care. Holding degrees in Medicine, Health Economics, and Pharmacoeconomics, Dr. Jusufović combines strong academic expertise with extensive executive leadership experience. As an educator and mentor, he is committed to developing future healthcare professionals, with a focus on health economics, leadership, and professional development through digital transformation.

Prof. Aida Pilav, MD, PhD is a specialist in social medicine, health organization, and health economics, and a full professor at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST). Her expertise includes population health assessment, health policy and economics, strategic and crisis management, health equity, and health information systems. She has extensive experience working with international organizations such as WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, and the World Bank, leading numerous public health and health management projects. Prof. Pilav is the author of two university textbooks, five professional books, and more than 50 scientific and professional publications.

MSc, Bojan Mijatović is a lecturer and senior teaching assistant at the Faculty of Game Design and Development and Sarajevo Film Academy, Sarajevo School of Science and Technology. He is doing PhD in Virtual Reality at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Electrical Engineering – Media Communications. He is involved with SSST through Sarajevo Film Academy from 2013 where he first worked as Lab coordinator and Teaching assistant afterwards. Bojan worked in different roles from production assistant, cinematographer, sound recordist and equipment coordinator during SFA times. Working now in GDD, Bojan teaches in couple of courses and does his research in video games and VR games. Working with his research group SGG (Sarajevo Graphics group) as game director, he worked on numerous VR serious games projects, which are installed in different museums around Bosnia and Herzegovina. These projects promote gamification in cultural heritage and bridge game design with education and training. Most notable projects are: SHELeadersVR game, Trebinje Fortresses VR, Battle of Kozara VR, Battle of Neretva VR, Old Mostar Bridge cliff diving VR, etc.

BSc, Azemina Čelebić is a Teaching Assistant in Web Design and Development at the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST), where she also graduated as an alumna. Alongside her academic work, she brings hands-on experience as a Software Engineer and Founder and currently empowers the local tech ecosystem as Startup Program Lead at ZIRA Group. She is passionate about driving innovative ideas that create a lasting positive impact on the community.

MSc. Sanela Šehić Bajramović is an MSc in Psychology and a Gestalt psychotherapist with more than six years of professional experience in the fields of mental health, child and youth development, and the design and implementation of psychosocial programmes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She provides psychological support to students at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST), where she offers individual psychological counselling and student support. Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive experience in psychological counselling, individual psychotherapy, facilitating workshops, and developing and implementing programmes aimed at strengthening mental health, psychological resilience, and peer support.

MSc. Aida Ombašić holds a master’s degree in Genetics and Bioengineering, in the field of Molecular Diagnostics. She works at the Sarajevo Medical School of the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology as a Senior Teaching Assistant, Academic Advisor, and Postgraduate Studies Coordinator. Her professional interests include biomedical education, molecular biology, and student support. Within the WeMind project, she contributes to the coordination and implementation of activities aimed at strengthening the well-being of students and staff.

Selma Dedović is a legal and project administration professional at the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST). She holds a master’s degree in law and economics from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo, and her work focuses on the legal and financial administration of institutional, EU-funded, and donor-supported projects. Her responsibilities include legal and financial compliance, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, reporting, expenditure monitoring, and project documentation. Through her work, she supports the efficient implementation of projects and coordination between academic, administrative, financial, and external stakeholders.

Nudžejma Sarajlić is a sixth-year medical student at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST) Faculty of Medicine. She serves as the Vice President of MEDICA, the SSST Medical Students’ Association, and as the President of the Organizing Committee of MED ReCon 2026. Her primary professional interest is radiology, alongside medical education and initiatives that enhance the student experience. As a member of the WeMind team, she is passionate about promoting mental well-being, fostering peer support, and helping create an environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.

Assoc.Prof. Priv.Doz. Mag. Dr. Michaela Wagner-Menghin, PhD, is clinical and health psychologist at the Medical University of Vienna, University Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Division of Social Psychiatry. She earned her PhD from Maastricht University, focusing on self-regulated learning of communication skills. She specialises in medical and health professions education and in research on how attitudes toward illness, treatment, and help-seeking, together with health and well-being literacy, influence students’ behavioural intentions and interactions with patients.

Assoc.Prof. Priv.Doz. Dr. Nilufar Mossaheb, M.Sc. is the interim head of the Clinical division of Social Psychiatry at the Medical University of Vienna. She is a consultant in Psychiatry and Psychotherapeutic Medicine and holds a masters degree in Gender medicine. She founded Austria's first specialized first episode psychosis inpatient unit and is the head of the early detection outpatient clinic as well as the First Episode and Early Psychosis Assessment research team. Her focus lies in prevention and early detection/intervention of mental health problems both on clinical and on psychosocial and structural levels.

Assoc. Prof. Priv.Doz. Dr. Nestor Kapusta, is a medical doctor and holds an interdisciplinary Master’s degree in Mind, Language, and Embodied Cognition from the University of Edinburgh. He holds a PhD in Psychiatry from the University of Oxford. He Associate Professor at the Medical University of Vienna, leading the Suicide Research Interest Group.

Priv.Doz. Dr.Dr. Daniel König-Castillo, MD, PhD, is a consultant in Psychiatry and Psychotherapeutic Medicine and holds a PhD in Medical Sciences. He serves as Researcher and Deputy Head of the Department of Social Psychiatry at the University Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Medical University of Vienna. He is responsible for theoretical and practical teaching in psychiatry and leads both the Alcohol Use Disorder Inpatient Ward and the Alcohol Use Disorder Outpatient Clinic. As a Privatdozent (PD) at the Medical University of Vienna, he heads the Suicide Research Center and the Alcohol Research Center, focusing on clinical, epidemiological, and translational research.

Dr.MSc DPhil. Alexander Kaltenboeck is a medical doctor and consultant psychiatrist at the Medical University of Vienna (MUV). He holds a Master’s degree in Mind, Language and Embodied Cognition from the University of Edinburgh and a doctoral degree in Psychiatry from the University of Oxford. He leads an inpatient unit specializing in the treatment of severe obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD). In addition to his clinical work, he is actively engaged in medical education across all stages of training and leads a research group dedicated to applied cognitive and qualitative research in mental health.

Dr. Paula Carvalho has been a project manager at ISCAP–P.Porto since 2010, overseeing the administrative and financial management of nearly 100 national and international projects funded under programmes such as Horizon Europe, ERASMUS+ and ESF. She has successfully coordinated project audits and contributed to the development and translation of outputs in several international initiatives.

In addition, Paula Carvalho is an Invited Assistant Professor at ISCAP–P.Porto, where she teaches translation and English language and culture. She had been an invited lecturer at the same institution from 2009 to 2021. Her research focuses on automated translation, text analysis, summarisation, and simplification using generative artificial intelligence and corpus-based approaches. She holds a Master’s Degree in Multimedia, and in 2021, she was awarded the Professional Qualification of Specialist with the work “Considerations on the Ever-Increasing Relevance of Technical Competences in Translation: The Localization of Digital Content.” She is currently pursuing a PhD in Language Sciences at the University of Minho.

Dr. Isabel Ardions – Professor at ISCAP-P.PORTO since 1986 in the field of Office Administration and Organizational Communication, researcher at CEOS.PP. Coordination/member in several international projects. PhD in Education, Master’s in Education (Educational Informatics), degree in Management Secretariat. Currently directs the Postgraduate Program in Event Management and the Professional Higher Technical Course in Public Relations and Event Management, is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Master’s in Administration Assistance and is responsible for internships/projects of the bachelor’s degree in Office Administration and Translation. Since 2013, coordenates ISCAP’s Internships and Employability Office. Is also a member of ISCAP’s Sustainability Office, where co-coordinates the Events and Communication Unit, while serving on scientific and pedagogical committees, contributing to the institution’s academic development and strategic growth.

Dr. Raquel Simões de Almeida holds an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy, a Master’s degree in Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Mental Health, and a PhD in Psychology, specializing in Human Relations, Health, and Well-being. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Pedagogical Innovation and Education, as well as in Digital Health. In addition, she has advanced training in Coaching for the development of personal and professional skills and training in Mindfulness applied to health contexts. Currently, she is a Professor at ESS, Polytechnic of Porto, where she coordinates the Bachelor’s program in Digital Health. She is also a researcher at the Center for Rehabilitation Research (Psychosocial Rehabilitation Lab). Her research interests include digital therapies and technologies transforming healthcare, virtual reality, and mental health and well-being.

Dr. Ana Cláudia Rodrigues, PhD in Human Resources Management and Development, is a Senior Lecturer at Porto Accounting and Business School, Polytechnic of Porto, where she serves as Director of the Degree in Human Resources. She is an Integrated Researcher at the Innovation in Education Research Center (inED) of the Polytechnic of Porto. Her research and project collaborations focus on Human Resources, emphasising skills development, digital transformation, and innovative working practices for sustainability. She has held roles as director of human resources and consultant in various public, private, and social economy organisations. She is also a member of the Technical-Scientific Team of the Observatory of Adult Skills at the Polytechnic of Porto.

Dr. Sara de Sousa holds a PhD in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP), a Master's degree in Psychiatry and Mental Health from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the School of Health of the Polytechnic University of Porto (E2S P.PORTO). She also holds a postgraduate qualification in Health Services Management and Leadership from Porto Executive Academy (P.PORTO).

She is an Assistant Professor at the School of Health of the Polytechnic University of Porto (E2S P.PORTO) and a researcher at the Centre for Rehabilitation Research – Psychosocial Rehabilitation Laboratory (CIR-LABRP). She is a member of the Northern Regional Mental Health Coordination Committee and an accredited Sociodrama Director certified by the Portuguese Psychodrama Society.

Her main areas of interest include mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, lifestyle redesign, stigma associated with mental illness, community psychiatry, and innovative community-based interventions.

Dr. Salvador Simó is Associate Director of the Chair of Mental Health at the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC) and a Full Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing. His research focuses on community mental health, social innovation, occupational therapy, arts and culture for health, and sustainable neighbourhood transformation. He has led numerous nationally and internationally funded research and innovation projects, including Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ initiatives, and has extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary partnerships. His work combines participatory research, knowledge transfer and policy innovation to improve health, wellbeing and social inclusion. He currently leads the BEAUTY Horizon Europe proposal, developing a new European framework for human-centred

Dr. Àurea Autet is Director of Mental Health at the Althaia Foundation (Xarxa Assistencial Universitària de Manresa) and a psychiatrist with extensive expertise in community mental health, autism, intellectual disabilities, and child and adolescent psychiatry. She also serves as Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Mental Illness and Behavioral Alterations in Intellectual Disability at the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC) and collaborates as a professor in Human Behavior in the Medicine degree. Since leading Althaia's Mental Health Division from 2018, she has promoted innovative, community-based and person-centred models of care that emphasize inclusion and reduce unnecessary medicalization. Her work combines clinical leadership, teaching, and research to advance mental health services for people with complex needs. In recognition of her professional excellence and commitment to patient care, she received the Professional Excellence Award from the Barcelona Medical Association (COMB).

Dr. Gemma Prat i Vigué holds a PhD in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Her academic background is broad and multidisciplinary: she also holds a Degree in Psychology from UAB, a Degree in Humanities from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), and is a Specialist in Clinical Psychology. In addition, she earned a Master's degree in Health Promotion and Health Education from the University of Lleida, with a focus on the design and management of health promotion and educational intervention programmes.

With more than two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Prat served as an Associate Professor (2000–2020) in the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychobiology at the University of Barcelona. Since 2020, she has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC), where she combines teaching with an active research career in the field of mental health. She is also a collaborating lecturer at UManresa.

Her scientific output is extensive and well recognised. She has participated in several competitive research projects and is the author of numerous publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals. In recent years, her research has focused on psychoeducational interventions, personal and community recovery in mental health, the training of peer support workers, stigma among health sciences students, dual diagnosis, and digital tools for emotion recognition.

Dr. Jaume Cases Cunillera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC), Master’s Degree in Research and Psychosocial Intervention from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), and Industrial PhD in Comprehensive Care and Health Services from UVic-UCC. My doctoral research focused on mental health and the arts. I currently work in the Mental Health and Addictions Recovery Area at Osonament, serve as an Associate Lecturer in the Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at UVic-UCC, and am a member of the Research Group on Innovation in Mental Health and Social Well-being (ISAMBES).
