Dr. Linda Ziberi is the Head of the Individualized Program and Assistant Professor at RIT Kosovo. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Culture from Bowling Green State University and an M.A. in Applied Communication from Indiana University. Her teaching and research expertise encompasses intercultural, gender, health, business, and technical communication, with an emphasis on health discourses, media representation, instructional communication, and agentic pedagogy. She is the recipient of RIT’s 2026 Edwina Award, recognizing her contributions to enhancing gender diversity and inclusiveness at the university. Dr. Ziberi is the Primary Project Coordinator of the WE-MIND project, leading the international consortium and overseeing the project’s implementation, partner coordination, and delivery of activities, with the goal of strengthening mental health literacy, institutional capacity, and digital support systems in higher education.
