Lindita holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a certified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist. In 2009, with the support of RIT Kosovo (AUK), she supported the Ministry of Education and led the rehabilitation and opening of the first modern adjunct classroom in a public school in Kosovo for children with developmental and intellectual disabilities, helping advance inclusive education in the country. As the founder of Kosovo's first non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism, she has led numerous training initiatives and coordinated the involvement of U.S. professionals to provide specialized training for Kosovo's special education teachers, while serving as a leading advocate for autism awareness and inclusion. In recognition of her contributions to education and community service, Lindita received the 2010 RIT Kosovo (AUK) Award for Education and Community Service.
