Lenart Salihu is a Bachelor's student in Public Administration at the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM). As a student volunteer, he actively participates in initiatives that promote leadership, international cooperation, and civic engagement. Most recently, he took part in the Economic Diplomacy and Integrity Programme in Croatia, where he developed a deeper understanding of diplomacy, governance, transparency, and ethical leadership in the public sector. His academic interests span public administration, social science, political psychology, and public policy, with a particular focus on the relationship between institutions, governance, and human behaviour. He is especially interested in how political attitudes, decision-making, and public trust shape effective governance and civic participation.
